I bought the wrong item What can I do?
If you bought the wrong item, STOP; don't access it. Contact us using the "contact us tab" if you access the digital item our system will time stamp your IP address and access point (VPN redirects don't work with our programming, our servers will show your REAL IP ADDRESS even if you use a VPN), we can not issue you any exchanges or refunds for items accessed.
